When we arrive, there were a short queue waiting for tables, but we were quickly seated in less than 5 minutes. As usual, we ordered our favorites - Siew Mai, Carrot Cake in XO sauce, Deep Fried Dumplings, Char Siew Bun and Golden Egg Yolk Lava Bun, plus hot yin yang and ice lemon tea.The food took a while to start arriving on our tables but it was faster than our previous experience. We were enjoying our dimsums when we heard a small commotion and my friend asked me to look at the kitchen/count
The food took a while to start arriving on our tables but it was faster than our previous experience. We were enjoying our dimsums when we heard a small commotion and my friend asked me to look at the kitchen/counter’s direction. By then, we together with other customers started to realise that a few MOM officers were here to catch illegal workers. They were busy talking to the lady boss and the other workers, checking their ICs etc. Most of the workers stopped their work and gathered.
