Having been to Hoshino once for their double stack pancake with soft serve ice cream, I wanted to try something else this time round. I ordered the vanilla souffle; it took a while for them to prepare it, but presentation wise, I would think that the double stack pancake wins, same goes for the taste. This souffle is not that fluffy (not too moist as well), and not that impressive.
