I had ordered braised pork noodle to have a try.

The sauce of braised pork noodle was very fragrant, smelled something like Kway Chap.

There was braised pork, tau pok, tau gua and egg in this dish. All of them were braised in the same dark braised sauce.

The pork used was those three layer pork, same as those Lor Mee. The braised pork tasted very braised and full of flavour.

Overall, the dish was similar to Kway Chap, except no intestine. Hopefully next time they sell intestine also since their braised sauce taste great.
