The Hongkong style version of Char Kway Teow. The hor fun is cooked with sliced pork, bean sprouts, chives and eggs. I liked the unique taste of this dish.I don't need any chilli to go along with the dish.Price around $8.50 cost about twice the amount one would pay for our Singapore version of Char Kway Teow. This dish is similar to the beef hor fun except that instead of adding beef they replaced it with pork slices.
