What I really love about their bread is that it can be left overnight and the bread will still be soft the next day. Furthermore, they have always been very generous with their filling. This cranberry cream cheese filling is a huge scoop and you can actually see the cranberries on the bread, unlike other stalls that are very stingy with their cranberries. The Baker Talent stall concept is unlike that of Four Leaves or Crystal Jade Bread. You do not take the bread by yourself with a pair of tongs and a tray. Instead, there is a line that you join and the counter staff will take the bread for you and place it in a plastic bag. Highly recommended for breakfast or just a quick snack anytime, anywhere.
