Salmon aburi roll $14.50When I first tried shiok maki and sushi bar, I preferred shiok maki but now, I actually prefer sushi bar's salmon aburi roll because the torching of the salmon is more consistent while the standard of shiok maki seems to drop. Anyway, this roll is actually quite filling and the taste is addictive as well. worth the try!Scallop mentaiyaki $13.90The raw scallops were sweet and the heavier flavour of the torched mentaiyaki complemented the light-flavoured scallops well!Chira

Scallop mentaiyaki $13.90
The raw scallops were sweet and the heavier flavour of the torched mentaiyaki complemented the light-flavoured scallops well!

Chirashi don (basic) $19.90
This was really filling! I have tried both chirashis and if you are just craving for a simple bowl of chirashi, you can get the basic one. The ingredients have been cubed so it is easier to eat but less shiok since you can't see the whole pieces of sashimi.

Sirloin steak $14.90 - This is a really popular item there so even though I didn't like steak, I decided to give it a try. The steak was quite tender but stringy at some areas
It is served medium rare as default.

be sure to go early as there will be a queue forming before it even opens for dinner!
