This morning I am walking past the bakery on the way to the bus interchange. As I still have not had my breakfast, so decide to go and buy a bun. It is still early and there is not much choices available. End up getting Rise and Shine ($1.40) as it has a rather interesting piece of egg yolk in the centre of the thick slice of bread. I choose a piece with a not too over cooked yolk, as I prefer half cooked egg yolk with lava like texture. It tastes like a piece of rather dry buttered toast. The h

I choose a piece with a not too over cooked yolk, as I prefer half cooked egg yolk with lava like texture. It tastes like a piece of rather dry buttered toast. The ham pieces are bit too hard and dry. The yolk is fully cooked, no lava texture.
