My frequent place for lunch was at the Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken Noodle stall located at Chinatown. The reason why I like this dish so much is because of the tender succulent chicken meat that accompanied with the egg noodle. The soy sauce chicken was well marinated with their homemade special sauce that leaves a slightly sweet fragrant taste on your taste buds.
