This is a continuation of the previous review. The abalone with mushrooms was good, gravy was alright. The soon hock fish was also fresh, and fried till crispy, so it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I don't know what the next dish is, but it tastes like fried tofu with fish paste, with broccoli and crab meat; wouldn't recommend this as the tofu thing tastes horrible. I don't know what the next dish is, but it tastes like fried tofu with fish paste, with broccoli and crab meat; wouldn't recommend this as the tofu thing tastes horrible. I liked the chilli crab as the crabs were very fresh, and the sauce was good as well; do order fried man tou to dip the sauce. Longevity noodles were average. Lastly, the red bean soup was good, grainy and not too sweet.I guess it's a good place for special occasions especially with elderly who likes traditional chinese food, and the private rooms have karaoke, and you'll be able to play powerpoint slides, etc, so it's a plus point. But they certainly need to improve their service.
