I bought the almond milk and butter bread from crystal jade my bread, the central branch. The bread is fluffly on the inside but after munching a few mouth, you will reach a big hollow hole in the middle of the bread. I thought to myself that why is there a "hole" in the middle of the bread? It is then I finally tasted the buttery taste of the bread! There isn't a heavy taste of almond and I think the only almond taste came from the almond bits sprinkled on top of the bun (I thought there's almond taste infused in the bun but I was wrong...) for the price, I would say it is worth though as this is one of the "bigger in size bread" in crystal jade.

FoodCrystal Jade My Bread is owned by crystal jade group of restaurants. My bread is known for its quality and delicious Hong kong & European style of buns. In recent years, there are more My bread outlets in malls. It was about 9pm and near end business day for Crystal Jade my Bread, breads are all going at discounted rates even though there were not many buns left. We came to know this when the lady told us about it while we were looking through the transparent bread shelvings. Bought 2 polo buns with black sesame seeds on it. Outer was crispy as usual and we have to be additional careful when eating if not the crumbs will be dropped every where.TipsNot sure if every My Bread outlet are giving discounts after 8pm but after the discounted rate, it seems worthwhile buying.
