Food are served in Dim Sum Style and Dim Sum portion size. Diners could choose either 3 or 4 dishes from the menu.Somen was with a mixed of sweetness in the soft noodle and saltiness from the prawns due to generous amount of salt on them.Uncle William’s Quail (additional $3) was well marinated and tender. The mushroom was a great addition to the barley risotto that the Quail was on.Panna Cotta was baked coconut flakes, meringue, coconut ice cream, pink peppercorn and strawberries sauce together with Corriander. It is best eaten everything together to bring out that unique flavour of the corriander mixing with the sweet panna cotta, sourish and slight spicy peppercorn and strawberry sauce and the coconut flavours.All in all, I enjoyed the meal. 繼續閱讀

Good cocktails and small portions of food. It's like fusion food but in small plates. Similar to Izakaya in Japan. Must order the wagyu beef cheeks ($18 for two chunks) and fried chicken skins ($12?) but can give the Lap Cheong Oil (Chinese sausage) Somen a miss. It's creative to do so but the lap Cheong flavor is too overpowering and feels like you are just basically eating Lap Cheong with soggy Somen noodles. Love the service here and do support these young and passionate guys! 繼續閱讀
