I was craving for red velvet cake and coffee bean was one of the more convenient places where I can get red velvet cake. It was a saturday morning and coffee bean was quite crowded. I had to stand around and wait for a while before I can get a seat. I was starving and ordered my red velvet cake asap! The red velvet cake was rich and dense however, I felt that the chocolate flavour should be stronger. The cream cheese was the best of the cake. Almost covered the flaws of the chocolate cake. I intended to stay there to study but was told to leave because they were busy. So, Coffee Bean at Holland isn't a good place to study after filling the tummy because they were just too busy.

My boyfriend brought me to Holland Village on a Sunday's afternoon since both of us never been there before. So we went in to The Coffee Bean because the surrounding give us a comfortable feelings. Its quite crowded but thank goodness we were lucky enough to get a corner with sofa seat. Then we ordered one Raspberry Cheesecake since its looked really tempting and i always love cheese! There's white chocolate topping on the cheesecake comes with the cheese, raspberry and lastly the biscuit. It was really nice, sweet and little bit of sour. All in, delicious! Cost : $5.80

Wanted to try coffee bean's other "Lighten Up" choices and this time,I went for ICED VANILLA LATTE. The strength of the caffeine was reaaaaaally high but that was about it.It was abit too tasteless and the powder wasn't even mixed properly. The last time I went to TCB I tried their Iced Mocha latte which is MUCH MUCH better than this one.I'd go for the iced mocha latte any time! This one's for people who go for 'Healthier Choice'!

the area and space in this branch is spacious. The service is fast, accurate and smooth.I did not have to wait long for my drink.The ultimate mocha taste is as standard as in most branch. Their salmon salad taste very good too and the amount of salmon is quite generous.
