I ordered the Durian Flavour Snowy Ice which consists of pomelo, yoghurt pearl and durian purée. The yoghurt syrup in the pearl, like other flavoured pearls Ji De Chi offers, will ooze out of the pearl once you bite into it. The pomelo and durian purée were delicious but the snowy ice is the highlight of the dish. The ice is fine and in many thin layers. The ice has a strong durian flavour and is just perfect for durian lovers. I highly recommend this particular dessert to durian lovers! By the
