These were offered as special items on the MOF menu so we decided to give it a try. The Salmon Hot Stone Rice had a generous amount of salmon in it. It is crucial to spend a certain amount of time mixing and stirring the rice to avoid the bottom getting burnt but you have to be quick! I find that one portion can easily serve two small eaters. It was slightly more flavourful than the salmon one probably because of the cheese and the way the chicken was served.I liked how the hot stone kept the food warm and ensured that food is thoroughly cooked. I would give the other hot stone rice on the menu a try!
