The Fried Siakap With Assam Paste has a sweet, spicy and sour flavour that is sure please seafood lovers. This crispy siakap is drenched in an appetising paste made from chilli, shallots, and tamarind & served with ladies fingers and bell peppers too. The tasty gravy makes it an excellent dish to eat with rice or mantou bun too.
