As I have always enjoy eating fish whether steamed, deep fried, stewed or cooked in curry, I look forward to sampling this special fish dish by Eastern Crabs Restaurant. The Fried Siakap With Assam Paste has a sweet, spicy and sour flavour that is sure please seafood lovers. This crispy siakap is drenched in an appetising paste made from chilli, shallots, and tamarind & served with ladies fingers, onions and bell peppers too.
