As you savour the piece of dessert, you would be able to taste the fragrance of rose delicately embedded in it. I suppose they must have used some rosehips or rose tea when making the rosy cream. Overall, the texture is just nice and equally good, albeit not as creamy as Almond Salted Caramel.
