I ordered some light Mexican dishes which is the Jalapeno Poppers. The Jalapeno Peppers are stuffed with some cream cheese mixture and then battered and deep fried it to perfection. This is actually an appetizers but I take it as my main course of the day.
The poppers is simply perfect. One bite and you can see the cream cheese oozing out and you can taste the crunchiness of the skin outside. Love it!
