I had some good Mexican dinner with my partner in crime at Fresca Mexican Kitchen & Bar. I love Quesadilla and this dishes coincidentally listed under Chef's signature recommendation. So I go ahead and ordered it. Unlike and Quesadilla that I had tried before, this version comes in a Mexican pizza style with a choice of mixed seafood, chicken, onions, spinach mushroom and some feta cheese. It is truly delicious and I'm hooked!
