这道石甲潮洲蒸，味道有点像泰式蒸鱼，但泰式蒸鱼味道更加辣，而潮洲蒸鱼味道比较酸。石甲鱼和豆腐经过蒸熟后，淋上咸菜番茄酸梅等酱，味道咸咸酸酸还挺开胃的，而且还凸显鱼肉香甜无比，惹味可口。
