They sell many main dishes and my family likes ordering a bunch of them then eating them with rice. The sliced fish is well sautéed (fried quickly in a little fat) and the way it was cooked did change its taste as compared to the other sliced fish dishes Mayim serves. Like always, the combination of ginger scallion and dried sliced garlic went perfect with the fish. Although it seems plain, I didn't get sick of it. Would totally have it again when I'm dining at Mayim again.
