It is prepared the same way Mayim fries one of their main chicken dishes. The skin is very crispy and sweet (its a must-try!) and the meat is very tender and juicy. Although i'm not a big fan of pork, i absolutely loved it. The fried garlic gave it a good smell but i do think that they were TOO generous on the garlic.

Do give it a try! Its totally worth the money!
